"...We were part of a large multi national Australian controlled construction and engineering organisation employing 2500 people world wide with around 100 in my Auckland division.
At the presentation, the Dale Carnegie team took us through an overview of the Dale course and followed this up with individual meetings. I became the champion of the Dale course through our organisation facilitating around 20 of my own team and 20 others over a period of two years or so. Dale Carnegie also provided a Leadership Training for Managers course which dovetailed extremely well into the initial course. On a personal note, I have also become a team leader on about five or six subsequent Dale courses and found the environment and learning to be positive and rewarding for both participants and team leaders. In our organisation, we had a number of projects where project managers, quantity surveyors and foremen attended the course. The results for the company were significant in terms of changed attitudes, no disputes with clients or contractors, less lost time, better management of time etc. The benefits to the company were tremendous which is why we continued to place people on the course. It helps significantly, if the selected people are willing to be part of the process, though the course will change ingrained poor attitudes.

We have also invested in Sales Advantage Course with all our sales team; this has created a new sense of purpose with the confidence and excitement needed to secure the larger sales opportunities targeted for the next 12 months...."
