Using a set of assessments and Business Improvement Discussions we involve a representative sample of employees from all levels and areas to determine if there is a common understanding of the benefits derived from an engaged workforce and what competencies are needed to create a climate of engagement. In addition, these instruments will help verify the competency gaps that need to be closed in order for your organization to reach the desired state.
